I graduated from King's College, University of London in 2010, where I also undertook an intercalated BSc in Anatomy and Human Sciences. I am an ST4 specialty registrar in the South West London Deanery, currently undertaking an MD in laparoscopic imaging technologies at the MATTU.
I graduated from Imperial College School of Medicine in 2009 with MB BS and the Associateship of the Imperial College School of Medicine (AICSM). As part of my undergraduate training I undertook research into Reproductive Medicine and Paediatric Infectious Diseases as part of an intercalated BSc. I was appointed to the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Higher Surgical Training programme in 2013 following Core Training in the same region. I have a declared interest in Colorectal Surgery.
I am currently OOPR in a Clinical Research Fellow post in the Division of Surgery & Cancer at Imperial College London. The topic of my PhD thesis is the development of mass-spectroscopic imaging methods to guide neoadjuvant therapy in rectal cancer, under the supervision of Professor the Lord Darzi, Professor Zoltan Takats and Mr Reza Mirnezami.
